How do I change a designation on a payment?

Steps to move a transaction to a different fund or other designation

  • On the Details page of the payment you need to edit, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Edit Payment button

  • Scroll down to the Payment Applied To section and click the Change Designation button

  • Search for and select the designation

  • Click Save & I’m Done

  • You will be returned to the Payment Details screen. You should see the new designation in the Applied To section
